For A Kingdom's Celebration (Thailand), a deposit equal to 20% of the journey price is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to departure. Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).

Japan journeys are priced per proposal, since each itinerary is built around your dates, group size, and accommodation tier. Deposit and balance terms for Japan journeys are confirmed at the time your proposal is finalized.

For A Kingdom's Celebration (Thailand):

  • From booking through 61 days prior to departure: 20% of the journey price

Japan journeys are priced land-only, per guest, per day, and include accommodations, transportation, transfers, hosted services, curated meals, and activity fees as specified in your proposal.
